Living in Garden Bay and Guanajuato
Finished framing and sheathing about a week ago. The trusses are scheduled to arrive on May 31. Installing the trusses is going to be a puzzle at first as I’m having a hard time understanding the engineering drawings. Thank goodness for the Internet and YouTube.
I let the new cement floor cure for a week then applied a sealer. The materials for the walls arrived the next day and I started framing on Wednesday. After three days the large walls are framed and in place. Roof trusses have been ordered and will arrive in a few weeks, so I have lots of time to finish the framing and attach the sheathing.
