Flowering of spring plants starts early in Vancouver, quite exciting for a gardening nerd. \u00a0I have found a new happy routine and am being quite productive.<\/p>\n
Today I chaired the AGM of the bare land strata where the cabin is on Nelson Island. \u00a0Yesterday I crammed up on Robert’s Rules and hardly slept as I imagined difficult situations that could come up and how I could respond. \u00a0The meeting went well since a large part of agenda, votes on bylaw replacements, was set aside thus avoiding many hours of controversy.<\/p>\n
Now I am free of strata responsibilities meaning more freedom and discretionary time. \u00a0In the city today but going back to the house tomorrow after shopping at Home Depot to feed my house projects. \u00a0The pantry in the kitchen is gone and am I repairing the damage. \u00a0Got to get back to building the deer fence as caged shrubs are not very attractive.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
